EASY WHEELER
MIDWEST INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS INC.
The Easy Wheeler is a true American-made, quality precision-engineered machine, designed to provide years of maintenance-free service. Except for general cleaning with a soft rag and light soapy water, nothing else is required to maintain the Easy Wheeler’s great appearance and functionality.
* INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PROPER USE *
CAUTION: The Easy Wheeler is intended for motorcycles only. Any other use may result in damage to the unit.
*********** REAR WHEEL **********
Using the Easy Wheeler to clean the rear wheel is as simple as backing your motorcycle onto the twin contoured machined rollers. Attach a 1/2" socket/ratchet onto either of the hex drives on the rear roller and rotate the rear wheel as needed for easy cleaning and polishing of the rims and spokes. For chain maintenance, you may attach a 1/2" socket and adapter onto a portable power drill for continuous rotation of the rear wheel.
NOTE: Always position the motorcycle wheel towards the center of the rollers. Recommended wheel rotation: Front wheel forwards / Back wheel backwards
********** FRONT WHEEL**********
Please use the adjustable nylon strap included with your Easy Wheeler to secure the front wheel in a centered position. The strap (loop) should be connected from the right-passenger foot peg to the right side of the handlebar directly in front of the throttle-grip and adjusted so that the front wheel remains straight ahead. Place the Easy Wheeler directly in front of the front tire and roll the bike forward so that the wheel is resting directly on the rollers.
NOTE: Always position the motorcycle wheel towards the center of the rollers. Recommended wheel rotation: Front wheel forwards / Back wheel backwards
Although the Easy Wheeler is designed to lift the motorcycle wheel no more than 1 inch off the ground, it may be necessary to elevate the kick stand a little to compensate for excessive lean. You may use a block of wood or plastic for that purpose. Make sure that you don’t over compensate by raising the kick stand too much, which may cause the motorcycle to fall.
